One sunday there was an Indian market in the viaduct harbour. So much Indian people, I almost thought I was in India. There was music shows, Indian food, fortune tellers etc.

Kebab Madness

5 dollar kebabs are the thing in Auckland. Seriously almost every third restaurant is a kebab joint. Its crazy.

Weekend

We're hanging out with our kiwi friends today. Tomorrow is holiday for everybody. I'm still open out jobs, don't know what I'm gonna do. Let's see.

British Dudes

British guys are almost impossible to beat at pool. I've made a goal for me to beat one british guy at pool before I leave New Zealand. :D. I've been also looking for a job a lot. I have one interview today, so lets hope everything goes well. I really look forward to start working here and have somewhat more clue about what to do. Now I'm just trying to figure out. Gotta get the job first so then I can decide where to live etc.

Tawharanui

Tawharanui regional park. There was a nice all rock beach and also some of these little fellas. I can't remember what they are. It seems that this whole country is one big national park. When you drive out of the city you can find so much cool places. It amazes me everyday how beautiful country this is.

Today we got out of the city because my friend John rented a car. So we drove to some really cool places. We hung out at some beaches etc.

I had a great time yesterday with the kiwis. They are so cool guys, easygoing and fun. We had a barbeque and it was so good to get something REAL food for a while.

Hanging Out With Kiwis

We are gonna hang out with Chad's kiwi friend today. He will so us around Auckland and we'll probably meet some other kiwis also. We finally got warm weather here. I'm gonna go throw shorts and t-shirt on and grab lunch. How's the weather in Finland? haha. Peace out!

It's pouring today at Auckland. Our free Auckland trip was cancelled because of the bad weather.

I'm not. I got a job yesterday and I'm just waiting to get more info about it. I'm gonna be at Auckland for two months now and I don't know what I'm gonna do after.

Eilen oli hauska ilta. Oltiin juhlimassa yhen kaverin nimeltä Facundo viimeistä iltaa Uudessa Seelannissa. Hän oli täällä 9 kuukautta ja lähti tänään takaisin kotimaahan Uruguayhin. Oltiin illalla sellasella salsa klubilla, pelkkää espanjalaista musaa. Ihan mukava vaihtelu noihin normaaleihin klubeihin.

Last night was so much fun. We were celebrating my friend Facundo's last night at New Zealand. He left today back to Uruguay.

Heading to the Mountains

Tää kuva on pysähdyspaikalta Lord of The Rings -elokuvan Edoras kuvauspaikalle. Ensimmäinen jalottelu tauko oli jonku tunnin ajomatkan jälkeen Christchurchista vuorille päin. Niinku varmaan näkyy aika mahtavat on maisemat. Ei noi ollu viä mitään verrattuna kun päästiin perille.

This photo is from our first stop of the Lord of The Rings Edoras tour. As you might see the scenery is pretty awesome! Its nothing to compared to the destination. That was so amazing, i'll keep you posted.

The City of Christchurch

Olen tällä hetkellä Christchurchissa. Tää on todella hieno kaupunki, tuntuu paljon kotosammalta kun Auckland. Kuvassa on Christchurchin katedraali, se on aivan keskustassa Chathedral squarella. Tosta aukiolta lähtee paljon kävelykatuja joka suuntaan. Melkein kaikki vaatekaupat ja kahvilat on kävelykaduilla, niin täällä ei keskustaan kannata autolla oikeen tulla.

I'm currently at Christchurch. It's such a lovely city. The photo is from Cathedral Square and thats the Christchurch Cathedral.

Train to Christchurch

Toi kaveri joka näyttää käsimerkkejä on John, brittiäijä jonka tapasin tuo junassa. Aika mielenkiintonen tapaus, se on matkustellu vähä kaikkialla ja nyt se lähti täältä Uudesta Seelannista Singaporeen ja kiertään Aasiaa. Junamatka kesti sen 5 tuntia, mut se meni kyllä nopeesti maisemia katsellen.

The guy showing middle finger is a funny Englishman named John. He's been trevelling a lot. He also happend to know a lot about travelling. The train took 5 hours from Picton to Christchurch but it went pretty fast because of the nice scenery.

Ferry from North Island to South Island

Otin lautan Wellingtonista Pictoniin eli Pohjoissaarelta eteläsaarelle. Keli oli aika huono, vähän sadetta ja paljon sumua. Lautta joutu meneen eri reittiä, koska viranomaiset vaati, koska täällä oli tsunami varotus, mutta myöhemmin kuultiin että mitään tsunami vaaraa ei ole, eikä se vaikuta Uuteen Seelantiin.

It was pretty foggy and rainy weather when I took the ferry from Wellington to Picton. The ferry had to take a diffrent route because of the tsunami warning but later they noticed that there was no tsunami coming to New Zealand.

Lots of Sheep

Menomatka Christchurchiin sujui mukavasti. Maisemat oli ihan mahtavia! Korkeita vuoria, jokia, niittyjä, lampaita, hevosia, laamoja, surffareita, hylkeitä, rannikkoa.

My trip to Christchurch was great. The scenery is just amazing! High mountains, rivers, sheep, horses, llamas, surfers, seal and coast.
